The Facility Monitoring Particle Counter (FMPC) has palmtop dimensions and can be wall-mounted close to critical processes. According to the manufacturer, it has 0.3-micron sensitivity at 0.1 cfm flow rate and counts in two channels. The host computer sets all measuring parameters.
