The FS6200 series micro flow switch detects increasing or decreasing flow rates of gases in critical processes, including process analyzer sample conditioning systems, critical purge monitors and excess flow safety. It is field adjustable, with operating pressures to 3000 psig and operating temperatures from -40 degress Fahrenheit to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
