VacuComp Jalape&#241o vacuum valves are poppet-style heated vacuum valves for use in semiconductor processes where production byproducts can condense and build up. By heating the valve, the internal temperature is elevated, leaving byproducts in a gaseous form. They are available in angle and inline models with seal, limit switch and solenoid options.
