This ceramic substrate cleaner/etcher handles both caustic and acid solutions in a single system. Substrates are transferred through the console with no operator interface required except to load and unload. An industrial PC with a full-color touch screen depicts work in process and status of individual baths, I/Os and alarms. Recipe screens are password-protected and allow the process to be modified with respect to temperature, durations, ultrasonics on/off, agitation and filtration.
