The Vibraplane Lab Mate III is a Class 1 cleanroom-compatible vibration isolation workstation made from electro-polished stainless steel with welded tubular braces to provide a minimum amount of horizontal space, which helps limit the collection of airborne particulate. It features a closed isolation module and stainless steel valves with vented exhaust. Workstations are available for 800-pound or 1,300-pound applications.
