The Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology is seeking technical papers for its 45th annual meeting to be held May 2-7, 1999, in Ontario, CA. Submission topics for contamination control include high-purity gases and chemicals; environmentally friendly IC manufacturing; electrostatic discharge; 300-mm transition; risk management; cleaning; and molecular contamination.
