G&K opens Class 1 garment processing facility

A Class 1 garment processing cleanroom facility is now open at G&K Services` Cleanroom Division in Dallas. It is certified to Fed-Std 209E Class 1 at 0.1 microns, the highest current particulate-free rating. Employees of the facility will sell, lease and process reusable and disposable garments worn in ultraclean environments found in the pharmaceutical, biomedical, semiconductor and electronics industries. Like all of G&K`s other five Class 1 facilities around the country, the Dallas facility features Copy Exact design, Accutrak tracking systems, and MicroTrak particle counters. — KS
