Keeler & Long manufactures Megaflon CD, a durable, static-dissipative fluoropolymer coating for interior walls and surfaces in cleanroom environments. A heat-cured version can be applied directly onto coiled aluminum sheet at the point of manufacture, while the other cures at ambient air temperature. It may be spray applied in the field to aluminum building panels, sandwich panels, curtainwalls, spandrels, moldings and soffits and columns. Megaflon CD`s air-dried version can also be sprayed over glass, concrete, and even plastic building surfaces. In both versions, optimum static-dissipating results can be achieved without base primers, multiple coats or clear-top coatings. A range of colors and tones are available to coordinate with current or new building color palettes.
