Ashland Chemical`s acquisition of Fospur Ltd., a water treatment company from the UK, allows the company to increase its UK operations. Fospur becomes part of Ashland`s Drew Industrial Division, a specialty products and services supplier to the industrial water treatment, commercial, and institutional water treatment, wastewater treatment, pulp, and paper processing, mining, and paint coating markets. –KS
