The unit provides control for the Asyst mini-environment and is a pre-engineered, pre-fabricated, and pre-tested modular air handling system that provides automatic control for cleanrooms and mini-environments. The 70-degree Fahrenheit environment maintains cleanliness classes to better than Class 1.
