Altair names Alan Gotcher as CEO

Aug. 17, 2004 – Altair Nanotechnologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ALTI, News Web) has hired Alan Gotcher as its chief executive officer.

Gotcher was chairman and CEO of Nevada-based InDelible Technologies Inc. Before that, he served as chief technology officer and a senior vice president at Avery Dennison in Pasadena, Calif. He replaces William Long, who retired from Altair in May.
