Zyvex, Keithley partner on nano resources

Sept. 17, 2003 — Zyvex Corp., a Richardson, Texas developer of nanotechnology tools and products, and Keithley Instruments Inc., a Cleveland provider of optical and electrical measurement solutions, announced an agreement to collaborate in nanotechnology.

The two firms will share marketing, sales and applications engineering resources. One partnership goal is to combine Zyvex’s nanomanipulator product line with Keithley’s measurement products to create tools for working with nanostructures, nanomaterials and MEMS.
