Nano investor group H&H proposes public offering

Oct. 31, 2003 — Harris & Harris Group Inc. has proposed a public offering of 2 million shares of its common stock to make initial and follow-on venture capital investments and for working capital, according to a company news release.

The New York-based firm, which specializes in small tech investment, said a preliminary prospectus has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Shares will be offered through specialty investment bank Punk, Ziegel & Co. H&H has nearly 11.5 million common shares outstanding.
