Kopin introduces new viewfinder

April 13, 2005 — Kopin Corp. (Nasdaq: KOPN), a provider of microdisplays for mobile consumer electronics, announced its CyberEVF 230K electronic viewfinder for digital cameras.

The company says it designed the CyberEVF 230K in collaboration with a digital camera manufacturer with the goal of making it a standard viewfinder for the new generation of high-zoom, high-resolution, extra-slim cameras.

The viewfinder incorporates in a single module a full-color microdisplay with QVGA resolution, backlight, optics and housing.
