Sigma-Aldrich to distribute SiGNa product

July 20, 2005 — SiGNa Chemistry LLC, a New York-based materials company, announced that Sigma-Aldrich will distribute its reduction agent product.

SiGNa’s alkali metal reagents allow scientists and researchers to improve efficiencies and results, the company says, and don’t require extreme temperatures or pressures to use.

The company’s materials have applications in hydrogen energy development, drug manufacturing, petroleum refining, and environmental remediation, said Michael Lefenfeld, SiGNa Chemistry president and chief scientific officer.
