July 31, 2002 — Genicon Sciences Corp., a San Diego-based developer of biological assay products, announced it has launched its One-Color Microarray Toolkit, a signal generation and detection system for microarrays and other assays, according to a news release.

The company said its system is capable of deriving more data from smaller amounts of biological material and detecting genes that are expressed at very low levels for applications in drug dicsovery, proteomics, genomics and clinical diagnostics.
