Pacific Nano unveils AFM ware

March 18, 2003 — Pacific Nanotechnology Inc., a Santa Clara, Calif., provider of atomic force microscopes, introduced its NanoRule+ software for its Nano-R and Nano-I AFMs.

The software lets users visualize two- and three-dimensional imagery on a computer monitor. The company said the software provides researchers a photorealistic view of the material they are inspecting.
