November 27, 2007 — Research and Markets has announced the addition of the book Scaling Issues and Design of MEMS, published by John Wiley & Sons, to its offerings.
The volume promises a complete design methodology for MEMS.
Focusing on the scaling of an autonomous microsystem, it explains the real-world problems and theoretical concepts of several different aspects inherent to the miniaturization of sensors and actuators, the company said.
It reports on the analysis of dimensional scaling, and the modeling, design and experimental characterization of a wide range of specific devices and applications.
