Lytron Inc. has announced an updated version of its Thermal Reference Guide at www.lytron.com. The online guide provides specifications, performance data and selection guidelines for the company's full line of thermal management products. Most products, including the chillers, are available off the shelf for immediate delivery.
Adhesives Research Inc. has launched a new Web site for its Electronics Business Unit as part of the company's corporate site at www.adhesivesresearch.com. The site provides users with access to detailed information about products, services and market applications, as well as press releases, upcoming trade shows in the electronics industry, and more. The site also links to the company's product catalog.
MRSI's has launched its new Web site at www.mrsigroup.com. With a new design, the site offers significantly more applications information than the previous site. It also offers product information and a "customers only" section with special features and information access.
Devcon, a manufacturer of adhesive products for assembly, maintenance and repair applications, has redesigned its Web site, www.devcon.com. The site is interactive, and offers technical data sheets and material safety data sheets for every product. The new Distributor Locator function allows a visitor to find the name and address of the nearest Devcon distributor by entering a zip code. Other features of the revamped site include answers to frequently asked questions; a contacts page with e-mail addresses of key personnel; employment opportunities; a news page with trade show schedules; and links to other Devcon locations worldwide.
Samtec Inc. has expanded its offering of customer-specific programs on its Web site, www.samtec.com, to include a personal call-back program for immediate assistance form a Samtec customer service representative. Through the Personal Service Center, customers have access to pricing and delivery, order status, and quote inquiry 24 hours a day. Tracking links are available in Order Status to retrieve pertinent delivery information on shipped orders. Order Entry and Expediting functions complete the online buying process.
