Electrostatic voltmeter

Model 542 electrostatic voltmeter provides DC, stable (0 drift) measurement of electrostatic voltage in the range of 0 to ±20 kV using a noncontacting chopper-stabilized remote-positionable sensor probe. When operated online, the unit can identify the failure or ineffectiveness of electrostatic discharge (ESD) countermeasure equipment or techniques by providing audible and visual indications of voltage build-up beyond user-adjustable positive and negative limits. A 20¥4 alphanumeric LCD screen displays the present measured voltage, the positive peak voltage value, the negative peak voltage value and additional menu information.

Clean process oven

The LCC2-14's oven has a chamber volume of 14 cubic feet, which is large enough to handle thermal processing applications for both 200 mm and 300 mm wafers. The chamber also features a non-corrosive stainless-steel interior. Continuously welded seams on the insulation side protect the work chamber from contamination and permit washing of the chamber without damaging the insulation. The recirculated airflow is 100 percent HEPA filtered. According to the manufacturer, the oven is Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) S2 and CE-compliant. It can be configured for multiple voltages and 50 or 60 Hz.

Piezoresistive PCL sensors offer measurement from 5 mbar to 75 mbar full-scale (FS). According to the manufacturer, offset errors, warm-up and long-term stability, and position sensitivity are reduced when compared to conventional compensation methods.
