The modular Arlink Series 8000 workstations can be configured in a variety of heights and lengths, and are available in six standard industry widths and in five different heights up to 84 inches. The Definite Positioning System, with the ability to exactly position components, facilitates relocating, or adjusting work surfaces, storage, shelving, lights, power beams, foot rests and more. Work surfaces are available in standard or static-dissipative laminate, and are supplied with a Worksurface Grounding Kit. The workstations also are available on casters.

Static-control tile

ValuStat is a line of 2-mm solid vinyl static-control tile, which is complemented by the #160 conductive adhesive. The #160 one-part, zero VOC acrylic adhesive offers a five-pound moisture guarantee. The tile is offered in both Conductile (static conductive) and Statmate (static dissipative) resistance ranges and endures loads up to 2500 psi. Sizes include 12 x 12, 24 x 24 and 36 x 36 inches. ValuStat tile can be seam welded and is offered in square-edged or pre-grooved form. Seventeen standard colors are available, as is custom color matching.

Coating robot
The P-50 coating robot offers a maximum horizontal reach of 1360 mm and coating speeds as high as 1500 mm per second. Accuflow closed-loop fluid delivery automatically maintains programmed flow rates, while Collision Guard monitors for unexpected interference to reduce machine and applicator damage and maximize uptime. An optional micro-valve color changer offers shorter color change times and waste reduction. The system also offers the ability to use manifold-mount robot spray guns and rotary atomizers.

Piping system

The PolyPure natural polypropylene piping system for pure water applications comprises a selection of pipes, fittings and valves, including vortex flow meters and gooseneck faucets. This cleanroom-produced natural polypro pipe system is suitable for applications that include UPS purified water, institutional laboratory and deionized water systems. According to the manufacturer, the systems are thermallyfused and do not require toxic solvents for assembly. Additional features include higher modules of elasticity and increased mechanical reliability.
