Water electrolysis added in fight against food, floral bacteria

07/01/2004

LINDON, Utah—KES Science & Technology Inc. (Atlanta, Ga.; www.kesmist.com; www.kesair.com), a provider of preservation products for the food industry, cold storage warehouses, and florists, has linked with Electric Aquagenics Unlimited (EAU) to distribute its water electrolysis-based products that disinfect, sanitize and clean surfaces and foods without toxicity to consumer or environment. The products will be targeted at food, agriculture, childcare, healthcare, dental, and business/industry markets.

KesAir Technologies, LLC, an affiliate of the parent company, is currently introducing AiroCide, an air pathogen removal technology, to medical, childcare, and mold remediation markets. AiroCide, a NASA-funded technology, is said to complement EAU's products for surface cleaning and disinfecting without toxicity.
