High-voltage DC power supplies brochure
With output voltages up to 360kV and power levels to 18kV, the supplies described in this brochure produce the low-ripple and high-stability outputs required in semiconductor manufacturing applications, having been built to handle the severe arcing conditions in vacuum processes. For ion implanting, the SL and SA4/SR6 high-voltage units have patented control circuitry that enables uninterrupted and steady operation under extreme transient conditions. The SLS series, which delivers up to 2000W of power with a stability factor of 0.05% and 0.1%p-p ripple, is designed for acceleration processes. The compact, accurate ESC series with true floating output provides electrostatic chuck power supply for wafer handling. The electron gun power supply unit for e-beam lithography, EGM50, achieves high stability and low ripple (<2.5ppm), and is equipped with an RS-232C interface. Each high-voltage power supply featured can be customized to meet special requirements or new models can be created. Inherently conductive polymer brochure
Baytron polymers, inherently conductive substances used in the manufacture of electronic components and devices, are highlighted in this brochure. While most polymers like rubber and plastic are natural electrical insulators, Baytron polymers combine the conducting properties of a metal in a polymeric structure, which results in its ability to meet both antistatic and electrostatic requirements. Applications include high-performance tantalum capacitors for cell phones, personal computers, and other devices, and transparent, antistatic coatings used in the manufacture of electronic packaging.
