Conductive polymers, colloidal silica, and borane-based reducing agents are highlighted on this web site. The site provides information on a number of chemicals, including BAYTRON conductive polymers, which feature variable conductivity, high transparency, and high stability, and are for use in antistatic and electrostatic surface coating and capacitor manufacture; and Levasil, an aqueous colloidal dispersion of amorphous silica, for use in wafer polishing and CMP of semiconductor substrates. Site users can also e-mail technical questions, review information by application, and request free literature. More than 1300 high-purity chemicals, metals, and materials available in nonstandard forms and sizes are highlighted in this 112-page brochure. Products include high-purity (99.99%) inorganic Puratronic compounds; precious metal compounds (gold, iridium, osmium, palladium, platinum, rhodium, ruthenium, and silver) and catalysts; organic and organometallics, including Organoboronic acids and Crown compounds; high-purity fabricated metals and powders; ACS compounds; and rare earth metals, alloys, and compounds, including a range of oxides, chlorides, fluorides, and nitrates. The brochure also features seven types of thermocouple wires, a selection of ceramic products, labware, and a line of alkali metal borate fusion fluxes. A line of high-vacuum deposition systems are described in this brochure. Wafer applications for the systems include the coating of semiconductor materials, LEDs, MEMs, and MR/MGR heads. The Mark 50 systems also have a loadlock chamber that isolates sources from the process chamber between loading and unloading wafers. Other features include an optional PLC/PC-based control system and either ballroom or through-the-wall mounting design to satisfy cleanroom requirements. The Mark 50 can be used for both sputtering and evaporation processing, as either a dedicated or sequential tool. Moving substrates and precision process control provide across-substrate, substrate-to-substrate, and run-to-run high film uniformity.
