Positive displacement flowmeters

The AP-I positive displacement flowmeters are constructed of ultrapure materials, suiting them to monitor the dispensing of chemicals used to clean semiconductor circuits and assemblies. They monitor flow for up to 100 gpm, with repeatability of ?0.05% of rate. With only two moving parts, the flowmeters offer ease of maintenance tand long life.
