Software-controlled SEM

The LEO 1500 series SEM integrates the GEMINI electron optical column with a new generation of electronics, giving a powerful user interface operating under Windows 95. A super-VGA screen display and an image processor allow pixel resolutions up to 3072 ? 2304, ensuring that all details resolved by the instrument are captured for further analysis, stored to disk as TIFF files, transferred by network or modem, or printed using a variety of Windows printers.
