This software database provides engineers and scientists with a library of physical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties of materials useful in the analysis of various packaging solutions. EPMatLib software also provides a repository for properties of materials unique to a particular company and is organized into 13 classes. Network installation of the software enables an entire enterprise access to the same data with changes controlled by knowledgeable personnel.
