Reedholm Instruments, Georgetown, TX, a maker of semiconductor test equipment, has partnered with Hitachi-ULSI Engineering Corp. to provide technical support for Reedholm`s parametric testers in Japan. Reedholm products are distributed in Japan by Inabata & Co. Ltd. Reedholm trained Hitachi-ULSI personnel to provide support on Reedholm products, which are located in advanced Japanese semiconductor facilities. Japanese customers receive support from representatives in their own language and in their own time zone.
