Vision systems for automated fluid dispense

These two vision systems have been designed for automated fluid dispensing machines. The AV-2550 automatic fiducial locator allows hands-free alignment and automatically locates fiducials in the search window. Working with Fluidmove software, it allows users to select fiducial points with specific light levels for each one. The 2550 has an angular correction of ?7? and is capable of 16 levels of skew correction for stacked assemblies. Recognition area is 14.7 ? 12.2 mm with spiral search. The AV-700 targeting offset camera is a visual aid that facilitates dispense programming and production processes.
