Microelectronic packaging short courses

Several week-long short courses designed to upgrade the semiconductor packaging skills of US university faculty are scheduled for July 1997 and August 1998. The courses include hands-on laboratory exercises, field trips to Silicon Valley industries, and lecture materials, and will be conducted by the Materials Engineering Department of San Jos?
