Rotary positive displacement pump

The DV-6000 rotary positive displacement pump comes in five design configurations for accurate dispensing of medium- to high-viscosity, single-component fluids and pastes. The valve motor can be reversed to create snuff-back for clean fluid cutoff. Back electromotive force provides closed-loop velocity control for consistent fluid flow. The DV-600 dispenses lines, dots, arcs, and micro-pots for encapsulation. Typical fluids include surface mount adhesives, solder pastes, gold- and silver-filled adhesives, and encapsulants. Motor speed can be adjusted to maximize the dispensing consistency for each pump design and fluid type. The speed control has a multiturn, high-resolution knob, which is easily adjusted and can be locked at the desired setting.
