Dust extraction vacuum

The CS 34 K vacuum is intended for use in wet and dry industrial, marine and construction applications. Power tools are plugged directly into the vacuum. When the power tool is turned on, a power-triggered switch turns on automatically. When the tool is turned off, the vacuum remains on for an additional 15 seconds to collect the dust remaining in the hose and tool. A 99.85-percent efficiency filter system traps particles as small as 0.3 micron. The 15-square-foot pleated filter can be cleaned of deposits without opening the vacuum by an integral shaker. An optional HEPA filter is available.

Filtered enclosure

The Paramount 360 filtered enclosure removes small quantities of gaseous contaminants such as fumes from organic solvents, acids, formaldehyde and ammonia. A clear baffle and back wall allow instructors to observe students and allow viewing experiments in progress. The tempered safety glass baffle pivots down for easy cleaning. As an internal blower pulls air into the enclosure, contaminants released within the enclosure are diluted by the air, drawn through the rear baffle and adsorbed onto, or treated by, two internal carbon-based filters. Oil filtration system

The MV VisiFlow oil filtration system is housed within a tray with a positive displacement gear pump for removing acids, alkalis, water, oil, particles and other corrosives and contaminants caused by reactive processes. Featuring a pre-filter assembly available with a 2- or 5-micron filter element for removing heavy particles, the system uses clear 4.5-inch tall sumps that visually indicate when the filters need changing.
