Leica opens demo facility—Leica Microsystems Inc. (Deerfield, IL) has opened a demonstration and customer training facility in Wetzlar, Germany. The 2,500-square-foot facility has a cleanroom, where Leica's inspection and metrology systems for semiconductor and photomask industries are demonstrated.
