Compressed air tester

Decanter centrifuge

Compact heated valve

The HPS Jalapeno LoPro is a poppet-style vacuum valve for use in such semiconductor processes as low pressure chemical vapor deposition. Production byproducts can condense and build up and interfere with valve operation. By heating the valve to 150 degrees C, byproducts are left in a gaseous state. Filter validation set
Palas Aerosol Generator UGF-2000 can test HEPA and ULPA filter media used for air purification in cleanrooms. According to the manufacturer, tests show that the product mainly generates particles less than 0.4 micron. When using optical particle counters, the upstream concentration can be determined by the VKL series dilution systems, which can be combined with all know particle counters. Sensor film
Super Pressurex sensor film comes in the form of a large thin sheet. When placed between interfacial surfaces, the sensor film changes color to reveal minute measurements of dispersion and degrees of pressure. The intensity of color is proportional to the amount of force that is applied, allowing end-users to measure stress characteristics across the surface.
