Minienvironment monitor
Designed for monitoring inside minievnironments to detect particle events, MiniNet uses an ensemble manifold that simultaneously samples particles from seven locations. It can be located either inside or outside of the minienvironment. Samples are taken using either house vacuum or an optional internal pump. Particle information, differential air pressure and two other critical factors (such as air flow velocity or ESD) are transmitted via a single Ethernet signal to FacilityNet facility-monitoring software.

Clean process oven
The LCC1-51 stackable clean process oven features a 5.1-cubic-foot chamber to handle processing applications for both 200-mm and 300-mm wafers as well as larger parts and bigger loads. The chamber features a non-corrosive stainless steel interior and continuously welded seams on the insulation side. The recirculated airflow is 100 percent HEPA filtered. A Magnehelic gauge monitors the HEPA filter pressure drop. The oven is SEMI S2 and CE compliant and utilizes the programmable, microprocessor-based Protocol Plus controller.

Washable ESD sheet
X5135 is constructed of a high-impact polystyrene core, which is co-extruded with a Stat-Rite polymer alloy for durable ESD protection on the surface. The sheet is clean enough for all electronic components and assemblies. According to the company, the Stat-Rite surface layer emits extremely low ionic, off-gassing and particulation levels, minimizing the potential for corrosion. The surface layer will not wear off as the sheet is handled or washed, even with harsh alcohol washes.

Cleanroom automation

Static monitor
The 790 static monitor measures the voltage potential on a person referenced to earth ground. An operator inserts a dual conductor ground cord into one of the input jacks located on the monitor. A slide switch is used to select the voltage level necessary for the specific job being performed. Three visible and audible alarms identify existing conditions: exceeding voltage level set limit, loss of contact between arm and wristband or monitor disconnected from ground.

Coveralls
KleenGuard Extra Coveralls are made with the patented MicroForce technology and provide particle barrier for particles down to 2.0 micrometers in size. Reportedly, they are 25 times more breathable than garments made with New Tyvek. The coveralls are available in white in hooded and nonhooded versions. Clean carbon sheet
X5136 has a patent-pending construction of a carbon-filled polystyrene core co-extruded with a surface layer of Stat-Rite polymer alloy. Because there is no carbon on the sheet surface, no carbon residue is left behind on components, assemblies or the work surface. Shoe cleaner
The 2001-TB removes all types of contamination from most footwear. The fully automated product has four motor-driven brushes that clean sides, top and bottom. A weight-loaded top brush fits the contour of upper shoe surfaces, including shoelaces. The unit is powered by a low rpm, 1/6 HP electric gear motor that operates on 120 V, 60 Hz. The cover is rotomolded white polyethylene. The manufacturer recommends using the shoe cleaner in conjunction with a vacuum system.

Charge plate monitor
The EA-4 system features two modes of operation: a discharge time mode with easy-to-program start and stop voltages and a plate voltage mode. It uses a charge-plate monitor design that utilizes an ultra-high impedance, high-voltage follower to monitor the test plate voltage. According to the manufacturer, this technique provides high accuracy and virtually infinite impedance loading of the plate, while allowing the test plate to be charged and monitored through the same small-diameter connection. With the product's serial interface port, any series of tests can be duplicated, analyzed, programmed or retrieved using PC-based software.

Air handling system
Using proprietary airflow design methods, the Distributed Airhandling system can achieve 40 percent savings in energy consumption. It enables using standard air conditioning units and eliminates potentially leaky ceiling plenums. Gas purifier retrofit

Work surfaces
Static Dissipative Laminates provide durable work surfaces that are suited for electronically sensitive applications that are carried out in a range of relative humidity conditions.
