Pipe and fittings
Flo Thread products are available in schedule 80 thickness. Pipe and fittings are joined with a threaded design. Flo Fuse products can withstand pressures up to 200 psi. Pipe and fittings are joined using a socket fusion process. The products are molded from red PVFD resin. Both are available in 1/2-, 3/4-, 1-, 1.5- and 2-inch sizes.

Cleaning kit
The kit includes air bulb, bucket, brush and 100 sterile storage bags with seals and features a 32-oz liquid concentrate soap. The liquid is EPA registered and dilutes 5 ounces to 1 gallon. The 17-quart bucket is two sided for cleaning separation and has a carry handle. The disposable storage bags are 21 ' 11 ' 8 inches with a zip lock seal.

Mop
Mop 4 is made of 100 percent knitted laundered polyester, which features a looped-end fantail construction and is edgeless to minimize particle generation. Resin
Kynar Flex 3120-WR is a new grade of Kynar Flex PVDF resin that was developed for rotomolded components used in chemical handling and high-purity applications. According to the manufacturer, it has excellent impact resistance from room temperature to below 0 degrees Celsius and is easily molded at temperature below 315 degrees Celsius on conventional tooling. Its melting point is 160 degrees Celsius.

Static level monitor
Model 624 multi-channel static level monitoring system warns of excessive static charge build-up in manufacturing and handling processes. This autoranging system will automatically switch measurement ranges between 500 to 5000 volts and 5 kV to 50 kV at two inches. The system consists of a control unit housed in an ABS enclosure with a clear polycarbonate cover, which is gasketed to provide sealing up to NEMA 12/13. Wet chemistry heater
A new acid heating system in Trilennium wet cleaners and processors increases both heating capacity and control capability. Heaters can be configured for flows from 100 ml/minute to 2 l/minute. Tape
Two permanent/strippable, acrylic acid-free, ultra-low-outgassing bonding tapes have been added to the ARclean line of electronically clean products. The DEV-8968 and DEV-8969 both have a permanent adhesive on one side and a cleanly strippable adhesive on the other side. The permanent low-outgassing adhesive is exposed upon removing the clear or white polyester release liners. DEV-8968 has a 2-mil clear polyester film carrier and the DEV-8969 has a 2-mil white polyester film carrier. The thicker carriers allow for easier dispensing during manufacturing.
