Cleanroom pass-through chambers

BioSafeTM pass-through chambers meet requirements for clean, aseptic processing in biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and other critical applications. The 304/316 electropolished stainless-steel pass-throughs feature a seamless design with coved corners and ultrasmooth surfaces that eliminates cracks, corners, and other contaminant traps. A rugged, high-reliability mechanical interlock???which prevents cross-contamination when a “dirty”-side door is opened???is isolated in a separate housing external to the pass-through chamber. Each door includes a cam-style LiftLatchTM that eliminates rotary stress on hinges and is rendered immobile if the opposing door is opened. Interchangeable doors, available with and without tempered glass viewing windows, can be removed and steam sterilized. Each features a BioSeal edge that uses non-contaminating, non-outgassing, chemically resistant polyurethane to create a tight seal. Options include UV sterilization modules and antimicrobial coating for additional protection against germicidal contamination, and an ULPA filter ventilation module for contaminant removal. These chambers come in many standard sizes or can be customized to meet unique requirements.
