06/29/2005  (June 29, 2005) Penang, Malaysia — Leadframe manufacturer Dynacraft Industries has recently signed a patent license and technology transfer agreement with Samsung Techwin for the µ-PPF (pre-plated frame) technology, giving Dynacraft the ability to provide nickel-palladium-gold (NiPdAu) alloy pre-plated leadframes with Pd plating thickness of 0.1 µin minimum, rather than 0.8 µin minimum.
