Water electrolysis added in fight against food, floral bacteria

KES Science & Technology Inc. (Atlanta, Ga.; www.kesmist.com; www.kesair.com), a provider of preservation products for the food industry, cold storage warehouses, and florists, has linked with Electric Aquagenics Unlimited (EAU) to distribute its water electrolysis-based products that disinfect, sanitize and clean surfaces and foods without toxicity to consumer or environment.
